About #CADUCEUS
As the Army moves to the skills-based Army Talent Management System (ATMS) in 2023, all SP careers will be managed by their skills in addition to their cap-badge, trade and rank for appointments, promotions, deployments and development. The completion of this ‘upskilling’ package will allow SP to prepare and posture for the introduction of the ATMS. Whilst not mandated for SSgt to Maj (IG2), all SP are to be strongly encouraged to enrol on the upskilling pathway. Completion will develop their knowledge, skills, experience and behaviours (KSEB) which will increase their competitiveness for future appointments, promotions and development.
BIT was founded in 2004 as an IT Security Consultancy, and IT and Cyber Security Training company. We support industry, local authorities, MoD and governmental IT departments to strategise, train and implement affordable training and security measures to support their growing IT estates.
